Product Description
The three-beam, four-column hydraulic press features a three-beam, four-column structural design. It is a versatile piece of pressure machinery suitable for a wide range of forming processes involving various ductile materials, such as stamping, bending, flanging, sheet metal stretching, forming, punching, and press bending. It can also be used for straightening, press fitting, grinding wheel forming, and the compression molding of plastic and powder products.
Features
The slide stroke rate is 50–100 strokes per minute, ensuring fast operation, short mold-to-workpiece contact time, low mold temperature, and a long service life;
The flywheel has high rotational inertia and delivers high output energy, making it particularly suitable for hot forging and extrusion processes of various parts;
The machine features a two-stage transmission structure with an additional gear drive, providing higher output energy compared to standard machines;
The machine body employs a welded modular structure and is hydraulically pre-tensioned with high-strength tie rods, ensuring easy disassembly and transportation, excellent overall rigidity, and high forging precision;
The machine’s worktable has been widened, enhancing adaptability to various production processes;
It features a wide-body, dual-point integral connecting rod and extended guide rail design, providing strong resistance to off-center loads and enabling multi-station layouts;
The machine is equipped with side windows to facilitate horizontal feeding; when combined with a stepper manipulator, it enables multi-station automatic forging, achieving a high degree of forging automation;
It utilizes four-corner, eight-sided guide rails, offering strong resistance to off-center loads, high guiding accuracy, and stable ram operation;
The closing height is adjusted via an eccentric pin inside the ram, ensuring a stable and reliable adjustment process;
The control system integrates functions such as pneumatic pressure monitoring, shaft temperature monitoring, lubrication monitoring, fault display, and monitoring of the eccentric shaft’s speed and angle, offering a high degree of automation.
