Cold-chamber die casting machines are core equipment for the high-pressure precision forming of non-ferrous metals. Featuring a cold-chamber structure where the injection chamber is separate from the furnace, they are primarily used for the die casting production of medium- to high-melting-point alloys such as aluminum, copper, and magnesium alloys. II. Working Principle
Molten metal is ladled into the independent injection chamber manually or via an automatic feeding machine.
The injection plunger advances at high speed, rapidly forcing the molten metal into the mold cavity.
After holding pressure and cooling to set the casting, the mold opens and the part is ejected, completing a single die-casting cycle.
Suitable for large, precision castings with high melting points, high injection volumes, and complex structures.
