I. Product Overview

Cold-chamber die casting machines are core equipment for the high-pressure precision forming of non-ferrous metals. II. Working Principle

Molten metal is ladled into the independent injection chamber manually or via an automatic feeding machine.

The injection plunger advances at high speed, rapidly forcing the molten metal into the mold cavity.

After holding pressure and cooling to set the casting, the mold opens and the part is ejected, completing a single die-casting cycle.
