Hydraulic tilting furnace is the core equipment in industrial melting. Driven by hydraulic power, it realizes precise tilting of the furnace body. Equipped with a high-efficiency heating system, it can safely and efficiently melt metals and pour molten materials, and is widely used in metallurgy, casting, precious metal processing and other industries.
I. Core Working Principle
Heating & Melting: Medium-frequency induction heating is mainly adopted. Medium-frequency current generates an alternating magnetic field through the induction coil, causing eddy current in the metal materials inside the furnace and rapid heating and melting. It features fast heating, high thermal efficiency and precise temperature control. Gas, oil and other heating methods are also available to meet different energy demands.
Hydraulic Tilting: Based on Pascal’s Law, a closed-loop power system consists of a high-pressure hydraulic power unit, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve and PLC control system. High-pressure oil drives the hydraulic cylinder to extend and retract, driving the furnace body to rotate around the shaft via a rocker arm /bracket, realizing 0°–90° (some up to 120°) tilting and pouring molten material smoothly.
Intelligent Control: Equipped with angle, pressure and temperature sensors, which feed real-time data to the PLC. It realizes precise control of tilting speed (5°/s–10°/s) and angle repeat accuracy (±0.5°), with automatic alarm and braking under abnormal working conditions.
