The JX36 machine tool’s user-friendly operation supports a variety of operating modes, meeting the diverse demands of today’s global manufacturing industry.
The JX36 series incorporates world-class technology, offering high resistance to off-center loads and a long service life, thereby significantly enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring product quality.
Performance Features
● The machine features a steel plate welded structure, with the upper crossbeam, columns, and base pre-tensioned by tension bolts to form a closed structure, providing high strength and rigidity;
● The innovative use of a transverse crankshaft layout increases the distance between the slider’s load-bearing points, giving the machine high resistance to off-center loads and a large working area;
● The machine employs separate dry block-type friction clutches and brakes, characterized by low inertia, high torque, and low noise;
● Precise control of the two double-acting valves for the clutch and brake via PLC ensures coordinated clutch operation and reliable interlocking;
● The use of circulating oil lubrication significantly increases the machine’s operating speed;
● The ram features four-corner, eight-sided long guideways, ensuring excellent guidance and high precision;
● Electric die adjustment with a reading accuracy of 0.1 mm;
● Compatible with various automated peripheral equipment, greatly improving production efficiency;
● High-safety, multifunctional electronic control system.
