The double toggle clamping mechanism is made of high-strength ductile iron, precision machined by CNC, ensuring safety, reliability and durability.

Corrosion-resistant hard chrome alloy steel guide components are adopted, with large pulling force, strong durability and stability.

Equipped with a low-pressure protection program to ensure mold safety.

High-precision position detection by electronic ruler realizes high-precision stroke control.

Equipped with automatic forward/backward clamping system, which can meet the die casting mode of fixed nozzle or moving nozzle.

Super large space design, which can realize automatic adjustment of mold thickness.

Equipped with hydraulic lifting function, center ejection or offset ejection can be selected.

The computer is linked with the hydraulic system to realize four-stage clamping, which effectively protects the platen and mold in the low-pressure stage.

The delivery lead time for standard models is 15–30 days, and for customized equipment it is 30–60 days (adjusted according to customization complexity).On-site installation and commissioning are provided for all equipment. How to reduce wear and extend service life during daily use of cutting machines?

Four key points should be noted:

1. Regularly inspect the cutting torch, nozzle, laser head (or waterjet nozzle), and replace worn parts in a timely manner to avoid affecting cutting accuracy and efficiency.

2. Keep the equipment clean by removing waste residue and dust from the cutting table to prevent jamming caused by foreign objects.

3. Strictly adjust cutting parameters (speed, power, air pressure) according to the material type and thickness to avoid overloading operation.
