Drawing Production Flow
Load into on-line head pusher → Clamp → Feed into drawing die → Drawing jaw clamps → Drawing → Transverse feeding → Discharging → Storage
Key Component Description
Clamping Head (On-line Head Pusher): The bar must be pre-cut evenly to avoid off-centering when entering the die. Driven by the pushing cylinder, the copper bar head enters the drawing die for drawing.
Drawing Main Machine: The main machine frame includes movable body and drawing jaws.
Main Drive: The drawing machine adopts chain drive, which reduces vibration and is easy to operate.
Main Drive: The main drive includes main chain, main sprocket, main motor and reducer.
Discharging Device: During drawing, the discharging clamp rotates 90° under the copper bar.
When drawing is completed, the bar exits the die, lands on the discharging arm, slides automatically, and is conveyed transversely to the storage rack (storage rack to be provided by user).
Working Principle
This equipment is a single-chain drawing machine, and its core transmission and control logic are as follows:
Power Transmission Path: Motor → Reducer → Output power, precisely control the drawing speed to complete the drawing and forming of workpieces.
Mechanical Transmission System: Composed of trailer chain, shaft system, sprocket, gear and bearing, it converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to ensure the uniform and stable operation speed of the chain; the chain, trailer and torsion bar jointly transmit power to complete drawing.
Electrical Transmission System: Composed of motor, reducer, pulley, guide wheel assembly and coupling assembly, it realizes the function switching of power output, speed change, belt transmission and mechanical transmission, and is also the core control part of the automatic cold drawing machine.
Installation Requirements: When installing the coupling between the output shaft of the reducer and the main shaft of the host, the center lines of the two shafts must be strictly aligned, and the compensation amount and technical requirements must comply with the regulations.

The delivery lead time for standard models is 15–30 days, and for customized equipment it is 30–60 days (adjusted according to customization complexity).On-site installation and commissioning are provided for all equipment. How to reduce wear and extend service life during daily use of cutting machines?
Four key points should be noted:
1. Regularly inspect the cutting torch, nozzle, laser head (or waterjet nozzle), and replace worn parts in a timely manner to avoid affecting cutting accuracy and efficiency.
2. Keep the equipment clean by removing waste residue and dust from the cutting table to prevent jamming caused by foreign objects.
3. Strictly adjust cutting parameters (speed, power, air pressure) according to the material type and thickness to avoid overloading operation.
