Product Introduction
Copper Bar Drawing Machine is a special equipment for precision drawing processing of copper materials such as copper bars and copper rods. It reduces diameter, calibrates, straightens and surface-treats copper bars through dies, resulting in higher precision, brighter surface, better hardness and elasticity, and less deformation during use.
The machine adopts hydraulic drive, with stable operation and high automation. It can greatly reduce operators, lower labor intensity and improve production safety, making it an ideal replacement for traditional chain drawing machines.
It is widely used in copper processing, hardware manufacturing, auto parts, electronics and electrical appliances, plumbing and sanitary ware industries.
The whole machine mainly consists of main frame, material rack, straightening and feeding mechanism, die holder, hydraulic system, cutting mechanism, drawing head, transfer mechanism, conveying roller table and length-cutting device. It realizes full-process automatic production from copper bar feeding, straightening, drawing, cutting to finished product conveying. The processing length and specifications can be flexibly set according to production requirements.

The double-chain drawing machine is a high-efficiency, high-precision processing equipment specially designed for metal bars and pipes.
The unit can perform feeding, hydraulic head peeling, drawing, straightening, fixed-length cutting, and finished product collection on coiled or straight bars of non-ferrous and ferrous metals. It can process various special-shaped materials, and the finished product length can be selected from 5 to 15 meters according to customer requirements.
The machine is equipped with two sets of drawing trolleys for alternate drawing, which can realize high-speed continuous drawing with more stable operation performance.

What is the delivery lead time of the equipment? Can on-site installation and commissioning be provided?
The delivery lead time for standard models is 15–30 days, and for customized equipment it is 30–60 days (adjusted according to customization complexity).On-site installation and commissioning are provided for all equipment. Professional technicians will carry out equipment installation, commissioning and parameter calibration on site, and provide on-site training for operators to ensure the equipment is put into normal operation.
What casting methods are available for brass casting machines? What brass products are they suitable for producing?

How to reduce wear and extend service life during daily use of cutting machines?
Four key points should be noted:
1. Regularly inspect the cutting torch, nozzle, laser head (or waterjet nozzle), and replace worn parts in a timely manner to avoid affecting cutting accuracy and efficiency.
2. Keep the equipment clean by removing waste residue and dust from the cutting table to prevent jamming caused by foreign objects.
3. Strictly adjust cutting parameters (speed, power, air pressure) according to the material type and thickness to avoid overloading operation.
