Hydraulic Automatic Head Peeling & Wire Drawing Machine is a metal wire processing equipment integrating dual core functions: automatic head peeling and precision wire drawing. It is specially designed for large-scale, high-precision processing of various metal wires such as copper, aluminum and stainless steel.

Driven by hydraulic system and intelligently controlled by PLC, the machine realizes full-process automation of wire processing. It is widely used for wire pretreatment and forming processing in industries such as wire & cable, precision hardware, auto parts, electronic components, etc.

Intelligent Automatic Head Peeling: The peeling mechanism is accurately driven by hydraulic power to automatically remove oxide scale, surface coating and irregular protruding parts at the wire end. No manual grinding is needed, quickly forming a flat and clean feeding end, completely solving the problems of die jamming and wire breakage caused by irregular ends.

High-Efficiency Precision Wire Drawing: Equipped with special wire drawing dies, it continuously draws and forms the peeled wire, accurately realizing diameter reduction. It also optimizes the internal metallographic structure of the wire, significantly improving surface finish, tensile strength and dimensional consistency.
