Drawing Machine – Main Machine Part

The main machine (bed) of the drawing machine is equipped with guide rails, which are used to fix the drawing head for reciprocating movement during drawing. It does not deform under tension and has strong stability.

Copper Bar Material Rack: The material rack for this hydraulic drawing machine is welded with section steel and equipped with pulleys at the bottom. It can move horizontally and reciprocally according to the width and speed of copper materials, ensuring the copper material is centered when entering the straightener. Load capacity: 5000kg.

The die holder is used for installing drawing dies. Its position can be adjusted according to the bending degree of both sides of the drawn finished product to ensure product quality. It is equipped with a dedicated oil tank and oil pump to form an oil curtain and ensure die lubrication.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system of the copper bar drawing machine includes a hydraulic station and a drawing cylinder.

The hydraulic station adopts cartridge logic valves to ensure stable and reliable operation. The oil pump consists of a main pump and an auxiliary pump, which can realize drawing and return at different speeds to improve production efficiency. The oil cylinder is made of integral seamless steel pipe, and the drawing length can be set arbitrarily.

Cutting Mechanism

The cutting mechanism of the hydraulic drawing machine is fixed behind the die holder and adopts saw blade cutting. After setting the drawing length, it can automatically complete blank cutting and resetting.

The drawing head is fixed at the front end of the hydraulic piston rod and realizes clamping and releasing based on the pneumatic principle. The fixture can be replaced for drawing flat materials and round bar blanks.
